3. Prevent & Disable iPad Sync with iTunes
Launch iTunes
Click on “iTunes” option on Mac OS X. Windows users
click on “Edit.”
Select Preferences > Devices > Prevent iPods, iPhones
and iPad from syncing automatically > click OK
iPad will not sync automatically unless you enable it
again
