Regardless of their proficiency level or goals, almost all students can benefit from learning English grammar. Grammar instruction assists English learners in becoming aware of a structure and then continuing to notice it in subsequent encounters Students are often required to write notes, e-mail messages, and reports, so they need to be able to communicate accurately in writing. If students haven’t learned how to monitor themselves, they could have problems with such tasks.
