Lunch For Change (L4C) creates lunch meetings between talented job seekers ("talents") and decision makers ("changemakers") to connect the talents with opportunities they would otherwise not have access to. L4C finds talents through nominations from individuals and organizations ("fellows") who are exposed to talented people. At L4C lunches, each changemaker is matched with no more than 3 talents to ensure focus, and the changemaker commits to taking action to help the talents such as setting up a follow up call. L4C will pilot this model with a round of lunches in Stockholm in May 2011, aiming to have 3 talents at each lunch.
