Why? More & more gifted and well educated people don’t get the chance to be heard, just because their CV never makes it beyond the front doors; they don’t have access to the opportunities This phenomenon has unbearable consequences for the individual, their families and the society
How? L4C brings together highly qualified jobseekers, the L4C-talents, with decision makers, the L4C-changemakers L4C creates the opportunities for these essential meetings - in our case lunchmeetings
L4C fellows L4C finds talents with the help of L4C fellows Fellowshave high exposure to talented people Be it in organizations, universities, public authorities, companies or foundation Fellows are both Individuals Organisations,  both non- and for-profit

L4C principles RatioChangemaker:Talent is max 1:3 Every L4C includes action – the changemaker takes action in the name of the talent Every  L4C concludes with booking a telephone follow-up in one month’s time
