LEARNING STYLES
The subject matter that we referred is the way students learn, as we know every one of us has a different style to learn or get the information received. He defines learning styles as the fact that when we learn something each of us use our own method or set of strategies. Although the specific strategies used vary depending on what you want to learn, each of us tends to develop a global preference. These preferences or tendencies to use more ways to learn about some other form our learning style.
Now, when we work in teams is normal that not all the teams work at the same rhythm because not all are the same and not all have the same dudes.
Therefore there are a lot of theories about learning explain us the possible causes of why no one learn in the same way than the other one.
Howard Gardner explains us the multiples intelligences, this one of the strongest theories about learning ad why we learn different.
This theory talks us about different intelligences because learning is depending of the area where each one is good and develops in the best way.
Howard Gardner viewed intelligence as 'the capacity to solve problems or to fashion products that are valued in one or more cultural setting' (Gardner & Hatch, 1989).
Then Gardner defines intelligence as the skill set that allows us to solve problems or make products valuable in our culture. Gardner defines 8 main types of skills or intelligences, these intelligences are: linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical, bodily kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, spatial intelligence, naturalistic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence.
I will talk briefly about the intelligences.
Linguistic intelligence involves sensitivity to spoken and written language, the ability to learn languages, and the capacity to use language to accomplish certain goals.
Logical-mathematical intelligence consists of the capacity to analyze problems logically, carry out mathematical operations, and investigate issues scientifically.
Musical intelligence involves skill in the performance, composition, and appreciation of musical patterns.
Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence entails the potential of using one's whole body or parts of the body to solve problems
Spatial intelligence involves the potential to recognize and use the patterns of wide space and more confined areas.
Interpersonal intelligence is concerned with the capacity to understand the intentions, motivations and desires of other peopleIntrapersonal intelligence entails the capacity to understand oneself, to appreciate one's feelings, fears and motivations.
Let’s suppose that one gay is very good to doing texts or to reading books and he likes this way to learn but in the other hand he is not good in math. This is an example that this gay has a linguistically intelligence but his mathematical intelligence is not develop yet. This could be the case of a lot of people including me that we are good for something but not enough for other one.
Now the teacher has two challenges, one of them is to follow this intelligence for the students learn in the better way for him and the other is to develop these intelligences that the student is not developing yet.
We can do it with dynamics that wake in students the skills to develop the intelligences.
Other point of this is the we as students must do our part I mean if we are not good in linguistically intelligence so we have to read a write more than before like this in all intelligences to develop a global intelligence and in the aspect that we are so good we must to keep working for to strengthen the skill that we already have.
Escuchar
Leer fonéticamente

Diccionario
BIBLIOGRAPHY
http://www.galeon.com/aprenderaaprender/vak/queson.htm
http://www.galeon.com/aprenderaaprender/intmultiples/intmultiples.htm
http://www.infed.org/thinkers/gardner.htm
