A leading provider of wireless telecommunication services in Russia, Kazakhstan,
Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, and Armenia with approximately 55
million subscribers.

Solution
To keep pace with a rapidly evolving marketplace, the Client must constantly
develop and implement new products and service. The success of these products
and services, along with related marketing campaigns, depend heavily on the
reliability and efficiency of the underlying technology. In order to ensure this
high quality, frequent and thorough testing is required. The client has chosen to
outsource this activity, which allows them to focus on their core competencies
while leveraging the competencies of independent SQA (Software Quality
Assurance) service providers. To be successful, outsourcing vendors need both the
technological capabilities and the growth capacity to meet the Client’s specific
needs.
After a thorough vendor screening process, the Client selected Luxoft because of:

To fulfill the client’s needs, Luxoft created a dedicated testing center to deliver
functional and performance testing services. This included a team of 11 SQA
specialists, available to work on various projects. Luxoft also provided the facilities,
enabling a seamless extension of the Client’s existing team.
