MEMBER’S AGREEMENT AND RELEASE:
Consistent with my desire to take personal responsibility for my conduct, individually and as a member of the Chamber
Connections Networking Club, I agree to abide by the policies of my club as described herein. I will refrain from any form
of discrimination, harassment, derogatory, illegal, or unethical conduct, and I understand that if I engage in such conduct, I
may be responsible for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from my conduct. Understanding that these programs are
conducted by volunteers who cannot be effectively screened or supervised, I release and discharge the Las Vegas Chamber
of Commerce, and representatives from any liability for the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of any member or
officer of my club. If I am not accepted into the Club due to restrictions on the number of individuals per profession, I
agree to be placed on a waiting list for the next available opening. The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce is not responsible
to verify the professional credentials of anyone in the club and cannot be held responsible for any adverse consequences of
entering into business transactions with anyone referred by a club member. The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce does
not guarantee that any club member will receive referrals from participation in the club.

Payments will be due by first meeting in January and July. Those members whose payments
are not received will be dropped and their position may be made available to the next person on
the waiting list.
Billings will be sent out in December and June and are due by the first day of the following
month.

Club Policies
Membership in Club
To become a member of a Chamber Connections club, an individual must:
1. Be an employee of a Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce (“Chamber”) member in
good standing.
2. Have paid club dues at the prescribed rate.
3. Agree to meet club attendance requirements prescribed in this document.
In addition, each club limits the number of overall members in its club and the number
of members from each business classification, as follows:
Each club must have a minimum of 15 members and a maximum of 50 members at
any point in time.
Admission of Club Members
The membership roster of each club shall not have more than one person from each
Chamber business classification (as defined in a separate document maintained by the
Chamber). For the purposes of this rule, the club leadership or LVCC staff may
decide that two Chamber business categories are substantially identical in nature and
may combine them into one classification. The admission of club members is in the
sole discretion of LVCC staff.
Club membership is an individual membership. Companies do not belong to the club;
individuals do. Club memberships are not transferrable.
Club Dues
Club dues are payable upon acceptance into the club and are payable again at each
renewal date. A renewal date shall be established every six months. Dues must be
paid for six months in advance and are nonrefundable.
Attendance Requirements
Club members are expected to attend meetings on a regular basis. Any club member
that misses three consecutive meetings shall automatically lose his/her seat in the
club and must re-apply for club membership if he/she desires to remain in the club.
Club members may also be denied the opportunity to renew their club membership if
they demonstrate consistently irregular patterns of club attendance that do not meet
the standard for regular attendance.
