To create a form I clicked form at the quick launchThis information acts as my evidence for my AO3 work and it will show screenshots on how I did my Spreadsheet.<br />This is the formula I used to get the percentages for ‘Yes’.As you can see that the categories are already filled in and all i had to do is type the numbers.<br />This is the formula I used to get the percentage for ‘No’.<br />To create a pivot table I clicked on ‘insert’ then clicked ‘PivotTable’.Then just find a cell to put the table and you will get this.<br />To create a data validation I clicked on ‘Data’ then ‘Data Validation’.<br />You will get this and to set a maximum number of characters click on decimal and put the number between 0 – 125.<br />This is what I got when I tried to put more than 125 in the Cell.To create an error alert I chose the title ‘Too many characters’ and an error message that is shown in the picture.<br />
