I am going to introduce you firstly to the magistrates court and what happens within the court, here is a quick virtual tour.
Member of the public, are u members of the public? (Ask the question!) I.e. Q Give the answer)( say the answer) i.e. A everyone is a member of some public somewhere)
Ask (Q) do any of you think you can work as a team? ( if in a school, college, university ) (A) you all work as a team in your classes in seminar work and in group activities!
(Q) Are you organized, have you got time management, can you dress smartly, can you speak up and keep your calm?
ask them if they are a good person are they someone to look up to and admire. Knows the difference between right and wrong and always tries to do what is right.
