Top 15 Dental Music Videos - Milwaukee dental health
1. Top 15 Dental Music Videos - Milwaukee dental health
These are the best of the best dental songs that I could find. (Actually there aren't that many out
there but these are really good.) If you know of any more that should be included please email me at
annmday@hotmail.com. I might have another list some day.
Here are my top fifteen picks (I added a few more at the bottom after publishing this) :
1. Bohemian Rhapsody parody . The Madow brother's greatest dental hit! They have other dental
songs that are entertaining as well.
2. Little Shop of Horrors Dentist Song with Steve Martin. He also plays a dentist in the movie
"Novocaine."
3. Whose Line Is It Anyway? Greatest Hits Songs of the Dentist. There are three songs in this video
clip. The last one is the heavy metal classic called "Braces."
4. Don't Forget to Brush by Fred Figglehorn. This video has over two million views on Youtube.com
5.The Painless Dentist by Allan Sherman - This video is in black white and is antique but interesting
6.Frances Ruffelle "Dentist Song" at Madame Jojo's in London. She is the original Eponine in "Les
Miserables." She has an excellent voice.
7. Weird Al's Cavity Search song. - The video is interesting, but I would have rather seen Weird Al
singing it. I could not find one with him singing this song.
8. David after Dentist - Remix - I found the original
http://shanevmxb.buzznet.com/photos/default/?id=68755412 video more entertaining, but a lot of
people like the music version too.
9. Back Teeth Boys - You Have Dental Decay. The lyrics are great. Sometimes they sing off key. This
is a Back Street Boys parody. They call themselves "the official boy band of the Melbourne Dental
Student's Society" (MDSS) of the University of Melbourne, Australia.
10. I'm in love with my dentist. The words don't match how his mouth is moving but it is a great song
anyway. He sings it well. Update - I received an e-mail from James. He wrote to tell me that the song
was written for his wife, who is a dentist.
11. The English Hip-Hop Dentist -Salmon Jack. If you can get over the British accent and the rap, the
guys dancing in the chorus are fun to watch.
12."What A Filling"- Amy Winner - Dental Parody of Flash Dance. She has a good voice. This video is
more for people who work in dentistry.
13. Ballad of the Dentist's Dream - Harvard School of Dental Medicine. A dentist who just wants to
be loved. He has a good voice and the lyrics are great. Too bad the video camera isn't as clear as it
2. could be.
14. King of the Road parody - Dental School Song. This is geared more toward dental students. I had
to include this one because I went to Baylor College of Dentistry where he sings the song in the
student's lab. He talks a while before the song starts. Fast forward to 1:00 minute into the video if
you want to skip the chatter.
15. Whose Line is it Anyway? Three headed Broadway Star: Teeth. Funny video - Drew Carey is in
this one.
Some additions after publication:
It hurts to be a dentist.- This sone has over 9,000 views on Youtube.com. He is not a dentist.
Doc the Dentist Song - This song is about Doc Holliday the Dentist before he was in the OK Corral
shoot out. Excellent Voices.
Dental Care by Owl City - The singer has a great voice! The video is pretty good. It has over 300,000
hits on Youtube.
The Cover of Dental Economics - The Madow Brothers-both are dentists, parody on the song "The
Cover of the Rolling Stone." They are funny.
A Typical Dentist - The Madows - They have an assistant, a hygienist and a front desk person
singing. Great lyrics, not great voices. They could have had a chorus between each of the women's
parts but the song might be too long then.
Money, Money (Circus Mix) - Excellent voices from Brisbane, Australia
Dental Floss - 100 Monkeys in Toronto. This was an improvised song suggested by a member of the
3. audience.
Dental Hygiene Blues - Steven Curtis Chapman (start it at about 5:00 minutes into the video - pretty
chatty before that)
Teeth - Lady Gaga
Toothless People - Weird Al Yanokovic
A video on the left is Ann Spade's Thanksgiving Countdown. She is thankful for her teeth. It is #5 in
her video countdown.
Happy Thanksgiving!
