2. وصل هذا الطفل الى غرفه الطوارئ This kid arrived to emergency ward.

3. اصابته قاتله ومحزنه جدا His injuries were fatal and gruesome.

4. سيخين من اسياخ البناء الحديدية مغروزة في رأسه وصدرة والطبيب لا ينصح بتخديرة ويضطر لاستخدام البنج الموضعي two of the iron rods used in construction material got pierced into his head and chest and the doctors were not recommending for anesthesia to avoid the kid going to coma, rather they preferred to take out the rods by giving the kid local anesthesia.

5. الطفل يتنفس بشكل طبيعي ((( سبحان الله ))) Kid breaths natural breath –All Praises to Allah.

6. سيخ مغروس في الرقبة والآخر في الابط وخرجا من الجهة الاخرى من جسمه ولكن من اين ؟؟ !! One rod entered into his neck and the other from his armpit and came out from other side of body, But surprising from where !!??.

7. السيخين اخترقا جسده الصغير واحد خرج من امام الاذن في الجهه الاخرى والثاني خرج من من خلف الاذن Two rods that pierced kids body ,one of it came out from front side of ear while other from backside of ear.

8. من يستطيع انقاذة ؟؟؟ !!! Who can save the kid !!!???.

9. تم استخراج السيخ الاول بنجاح ولكن الثاني اللذي يخترق الراس ويخرج من الاذن؟؟؟ Doctors succeeded by Allah’s Help to take out first rod .And what about Second one ???

10. تم استخراج السيخين من الطفل .. ولكن ماذا اصابه؟؟؟؟ !! They took out the rods from the kids head .. But what Happened to KID !!!!????

11. الحمدلله الطفل لازال واعيا ويحكي لنا كيف كان يقود دراجته عندما اصطدم بأسياخ البناء اللتي كانت تخرج اطرافها من شاحنه لنقل الحديد بجانب احدى العمائر الجديدة All Praises to Allah – The Kid is still conscious and narrating the incident ,that how he was cycling and suddenly he went into the rods that were coming out of the parked truck near by the newly constructed Buldings.

12. وهنا يظهر مكان الشعر المزال لاستخراج السيخ And we can see the shaved hairs behind the ear, to take out the rods.

13. الطفل مصر على ان يذهب ليكمل اللعب مع اصدقاءة وهنا يظهر مع رجل الاسعاف اللذي احضرة للمستشفى The kid is adamant to go and complete his play with his friends, and here he is with the paramedic who brought him in ambulance.
