Friday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM
• Install booth partitions
• Set up tables and chairs
• Signage
• Flags (Bunting)
• Deploy trashcans
• Barricades
• Help Makers

8. Event Team
Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Ticket Sales
• Information
• Cleaning / Trash Cans
• Security
• Parking Guidance
• Help Makers

9. Teardown Team
Saturday 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Undo all of the setup team stuff
• Cleaning
• Help Makers

10. What to expect
as a Maker?

11. • 10‘x10’ or 10‘x8’ booth
• 2 chairs and a 6’x3’ table or a
5’ round table
• Backdrop
• Internet and power if you
asked for it
• Your very own sign

12. Do’s
• Bring signage with your branding and didactic
information about your display
• Be prepared to teach people about how you made
your stuff
• Have something hands on for people to touch and
play around with
• Collect contact info and pass out promotional
materials if you want

13. Do Not’s
• Scratch, ding or dirty the gym floor in any way. Bring
a tarp if you think you might need one.
• Attach things to the walls - only the backdrop
• Tear down your booth early: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
please
• Have anything not ‘family friendly’ on display at your
booth
• Let attendees try to do anything stupid that might
hurt them

Everything must be set up by 8:30 AM
so doors can open at 9:00 AM
