TOOL 5: Putting the Pieces Together How I help my clients find  their eating plan Eat breakfast Combine food groups Drink lots of water Stop eating after 7pm, if possible Eat at home as much as possible Write down your food
 TOOL 6: Planning Meals on the Go Containers Grocery shop for wholesome foods Do some preparation  Measure and put in zip lock bags Make lunch for tomorrow and put car keys with it so you don’t forget Can use snacks for traveling
