 Can appeal to sponsors
 Acquisition and elimination of resources:
the school librarian, the headmaster and a

 The preapproved book list by the Ministry
of Education

6.  Evaluation is performed twice a year
 Evaluation includes the acquisition of
resources, the educational programs
organized by the school library and the
events organized by the library in
cooperation with other schools, libraries,
local government, technological institutions
and universities
