• Generally the word charismatic is derived from
the word charisma which means magical.
• Same as here Gandhiji is a person who influence
people by his work and charismatically.
• A charismatic leadership style is style that
influence to their followers or team from their
work.
• A person who can reflect the image of his vision
and his value is a charismatic leader that people
aspire to work with.
