How do I know this? According to the 2010 US census 10.4% of the population has at least a masters degree – you are the leaders.
Projects and teams don’t fail for lack of technical talent, money, or market opportunity. They fail for lack of competent leadership.
Selling your idea - Who has read “Who moved my cheese” by Dr. Spencer Johnson? Opportunity happens in times of change – both internally and externally to the company. It really just depends on whether you are able to see the need, sell your idea, and execute quickly.
According to an informal poll done with about 20 business leaders, you will have 1 month to identify the need for a turn around, 3 months to get something going and 6 months to show progress.
