User Experience is multi-dimensional,[object Object],Can I trust what I see and what,[object Object],I do on the interface?,[object Object],Can I do the task ,[object Object],I intend to complete?,[object Object], Trust,[object Object], Useful,[object Object], Value,[object Object], Desire,[object Object], Usability,[object Object],Can I do the task ,[object Object],Easily ?,[object Object],Is it accessible?,[object Object],Is it findable?,[object Object],Value of image, brand & ,[object Object],identity?,[object Object],Value: Contribute to the overall user’s satisfaction on functional and emotional needs,[object Object]
In SDLC however, User Experience is also multi-disciplinary,[object Object],User Research ( type of users, their goals and needs ),[object Object],Usability Testing ( test when possible, test frequent),[object Object],Information Architecture ( detailed site map of the system ),[object Object],Interaction Design (follow all good usability principles | Innovate!),[object Object],Information Design ( accurate, contextual and effective information ),[object Object],Accessibility( usable by the physically challenged-sight, sound, speech, muscle ),[object Object],Visual Design ( font type, layout, color, trust & desire, brand appeal ),[object Object],Server logs/web analytics ( technical analysis, check results ),[object Object]
