• The Dot Marking Machine is available in various models.
• Dot marking machines can used on metal having hardness
upto 62 HRC and also it engraves on irregular parts be it
concave or convex.

Models : S 19 E & S 19 P S19 E
• Model S19 E with electro-magnet and
max. stroke of 3 mm presses the part
to be marked lightly and works silently.
• Model S 19 P with pneumatic cylinder ,
S 19 P
standard stylus stroke of 6 mm and
optional stylus stroke of 15mm works
at high pressure
• Neither models damage the the
molecules to be marked
• The Marking head has 2 axes where X
stroke of 180 mm and Y axes has a
stroke of 80mm.
• Step / Step and four start screws drive
the axes while guaranteeing excep-
tional accuracy in the movements

Description of S 25E and S25 P
Model S25 E and S25P
The machines in S25 series are very S25E
versatile pin marking systems . They can mark from S25P
plastic to steel to 63HRC on both flat and irregular
surfaces. No PC is required for these machines. And all
information appears on the LCD screen integrated in the
controller as is the keyboard.
The Model S25 E :
The model S25 E with electromagnet it only requires the
power supply and is recommended for light marking
{ example : aluminum plates }
Model S25 P :
The model S25 P with pneumatic stylus It is
recommended for heaivour stylus markings { eg :
Stainless steel } . It requires both a power supply and
compressed air

Description for S26 & S27
S26 Model S26
S26 is ligheter The model comes with lighter structure than
S19 and S 25 models. The Control unit with the functions of S25
machine, is separated from the marking head and comes
with the control boards.
The marking area is 60 x 40 mm. The program comes S27
with LCD display and it is logical and easy to use . It allows
programmes to be created with the insertion of : serial numbers , or
codes that identify day , month , year , week in different available
formats.
All inserted information can be stored ( upto 500 programs )
and retrieved at the time they are needed .
S27 Model :
The model S27 only comes in the pneumatic version that performs
the marking of points very close to one another. The distance
between them as well as the style is pre – set in the factory .
The machine is suitable where deep marking is not required.
