knowledge, ideas, agreements, creativity and solution development.

In this way TALKA effectively uses the power of big groups and at the same time avoids the problems
often coming with big groups. No time is wasted on discussions, but instead used creatively and effectively.

You should use TALKA if you want to...

include many stakeholders with differing opinions
to create a SHARED STRATEGY and energize action
       engage everybody
to make a CONFERENCE MORE FRUITFUL
       use your organizations full knowledge
to make its new STRATEGY MORE POWERFUL and accepted

BE MEDIA-RELEVANT, PARTICULARLY FOR TV (i.e. highly visible, emotional, innovative)
What are special benefits of working with TALKA?
TALKA creates results of weeks in a few hours!

         ENGAGE EVERYBODY:
engage up to 100 participants with productivity as if everybody was working in a small team.

         CONCRETE RESULT:
during TALKA all participants are recording and structuring information so that a concrete result is
created step by step right in the event.

         INTENSE, BUT FUN:
TALKA workshops vary group dynamics and game elements in every stage of the event, therefore
they are more interesting and less tiring to the participants.

Where does TALKA come from?
TALKA was an ancient tradition common in the Baltic and Nordic countries* - many neighbors come
together to accomplish a large task in short time. As a cooperative tradition talka pooled together
resources and skills of families living in separate farms to accomplish something that single family would
not be able to do.
* This tradition is called talka in Latvia and Lithuania, talkoot in Finland, talgud in Estonia, dugnad in Norway, rådslag in Sweden.

Since 2009 with more than 150 events we bring this energetic and
lively tradition to modern organisations & companies!
