2. INTRODUCTION
The
relatioship
Between
our
country
the
United
State
and
Iran
has
always
been
difficult
.
For
more
than
100
years,
our
country
and
Iran
have
engaged
in
an
ambivalent
relationship.
Although
our
people
and
Iranian
people
have
usually
regarded
each
other
as
friends,
their
governments
have
frequently
treated
each
other
as
enemies.
Today,
Iran
is
openly
developing
nuclear
power
capability.
They
claim
this
is
for
peaceful
energy
purposes,
but
many
are
skeptical.
And
they
have
been
purposefully
provocative
on
whether
or
not
they
might
use
their
nuclear
capabilities
to
create
weapons.
In
a
fall
2005
speech
to
students,
Iran's
president
called
for
Israel
to
be
wiped
off
the
map.
President
Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad,
abandoning
the
less-‐provocative
tactics
of
former
president
Mohammad
Khatami,
set
himself
on
collision
course
with
leaders
around
the
world.
Yet,
we
are
expected
that
Iran's
recent
quest
for
nuclear
weapons,
its
support
for
Islamic
radicals
like
Lebanon's
Hezbollah,
and
its
destabilizing
influence
on
the
geopolitics
of
the
Persian
Gulf
would
eventually
require
U.S.
military
intervention.
OUR
POSITION
Our
country
feels
free
to
say
what
we
think
about
the
Iran’s
nuclear
armament.
In
fact
we
have
a
lot
of
arguments
to
say
that
we
completely
disagree
about
the
fact
that
Iran
can
get
the
nuclear
weapon.
First
of
all
the
most
important
argument
to
defend
our
position
is
that
Iran
is
the
most
volatile
region
of
the
world.
We
know
that
it
is
not
the
most
dangerous
country
in
the
world
but
Iran
still
an
unstable
country.
It
is
for
us
impossible
to
let
a
country
like
Iran
get
this
king
of
armament
because
we
don’t
know
what
they
can
do
with
it.
In
fact
Iran
is
the
sponsor
of
the
terrorism
and
we
don’t
want
to
let
a
nuclear
weapon
fall
into
their
hand.
It
is
not
acceptable
for
us
that
this
country
feels
like
they
had
never
do
anything
,
what
they
have
done
on
the
past
have
a
big
influence
in
our
judgement;
we
can’t
close
the
eyes
about
all
the
events
that
happens
in
the
past.
It
is
hard
for
us
to
trust
Iran
because
they
tell
the
world
that
they
need
nuclear
only
to
get
electricity
but
for
America
that
is
just
what
they
say
to
dissuade
us.
It
is
pretty
sure
that
they
need
the
nuclear
power
to
do
more
tan
just
get
electricity.
Moreover
we
have
a
mission
and
this
mission
consists
to
keep
the
peace
in
the
world,
if
a
country
like
Iran
gets
the
nuclear
weapon
that
would
decrease
the
influence
that
we
can
get
on
this
country.
And
if
we
do
not
survey
this
country
3. nobody
knows
what
could
happen
on
the
future.
Since
we
are
the
only
country
to
take
care
of
Iran
we
have
to
protect
the
other
country
and
we
can
also
count
on
the
Europeen
union
to
take
care
of
the
world.
If
we
don’t
react
,
and
if
Iran
gets
the
nuclear
weapon
they
can
use
it
to
attack
several
countries.
If
that
does
happen
some
countries
could
be
really
in
danger,
we
are
thinking
of
Israel
because
the
relation
between
those
two
countries
have
been
pretty
tense
for
a
long
time.
Moreover
if
that’s
happen
our
country
would
be
in
danger
too
because
we
couldn’t
help
Israel
without
thinking
that
Iran
can
used
the
nuclear
weapon
on
us
.
In
other
way
,
some
others
countries
in
the
word
like
Russia
doesn’t
take
in
consideration
of
saving
the
world,
they
just
save
their
own
interest
.
That’s
why
we
need
to
do
whatever
it
takes
to
find
a
way
to
speak
and
to
make
compromises
with
this
country
who
scared
us
.
We
know
now
that
President
Rouhani
wants
to
make
a
deal
with
us
,
and
it
seems
that
this
deal
could
may
happen
:
But
there
are
three
principals
concerns
about
this
deal:
that
the
Iranians
will
cheat
on
a
deal
and
surprise
the
world
with
a
nuclear
arsenal,
as
the
North
Koreans
did
;
that
even
if
the
Iranians
don’t
cheat,
the
deal
will
leave
Tehran
with
a
latent
nuclear
weapons
capability
that
it
might
someday
exploit;
and,
finally,
that
Iran’s
behavior
beyond
its
nuclear
ambitions
its
support
for
terrorism
and
efforts
to
destabilize
the
Middle
East
may
cause
some
to
oppose
a
deal
that
fails
to
address
those
issues.
THE
PHONE
CALL
This
27th
friday
,
our
president
Barack
Obama
received
a
phone
call
from
the
president
Rouhani
,it
is
the
first
conversation
between
US
and
Iranian
heads
of
state
for
30
years
.
Our
president
also
said
they
had
expressed
their
determination
to
solve
the
long-‐
running
dispute
over
Iran's
nuclear
programme.
So
maybe
our
conflict
with
Iran
about
the
nuclear
weapon
is
going
to
be
ended
and
our
two
nations
are
going
to
find
an
agreement
.
