• Why use VCO ICT Standards as the
  basis of our skills development?

For example:

• ICT Planning Standard - ICT
  needs (infrastructure and strategic)
  are identified, prioritised, planned
  for and approved by organisational
  leadership based on an assessment.

  help a VCO reach the

• The topics and guidelines do not
  function as a benchmarking tool
  for VCO performance related to the

The Skills Scenario

• These are the core skills I need as a Circuit Rider
  regardless of the standard I am trying to help the
  VCO meet.

• These are the specific skills basic or advanced skills I
  need to help organisations meet a specific standard

• I need to identify what these skills are and ensure that
  I am capable to provide excellent service

• I need resources to develop and/or sharpen these skills
