They are facing many challenges and the first and fore most is

It involves changing to democracy and then establishment of

Non-democratic governments should be brought down
and sovereign states should be established.

Local government should be empowered, federal
principle should be extended to unite of federalism.

It should be done in such a way that people should realize

Actually this challenge has different meaning in different societies
