This letter is my personal recommendation for Maria Guryeva. I worked with her
for a week on my business trip in New York in May 2012 making two photo shoots for the
November issue of Russian Cosmopolitan Magazine. After being my intern in August 2011 in
our Moscow office, Maria kindly agreed to assist me in New York.
Maria helped me with everything: she picked up clothes, shoes and jewelry, organized the closet,
chose models and assisted them on the photo shoots, took care of clothes, contacted our partners
in Moscow, Milan, London and New York via phone and email, organized deliveries of samples,
dialed with documents and proceeded my numerous other assignments. I found her to be
consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Maria is a take-charge person who is able to present creative
ideas and communicate the benefits. She has successfully developed several plans for our work
that have resulted an improvement of the shooting process. During her tenure, we saw that Maria
is very punctual, that she has good organizational skills and works very effectively. She had
successfully managed with all plans and needs which arose during shootings.
I am grateful to Maria for her excellent work which I was especially glad to find in New York.
Her professionalism and responsiveness is the best advertising and the face which are
representing your company. Maria was extraordinarily helpful in all areas of the shooting
process. She was inspiring and motivating other workflow participants.
