عدد العمال: 09 دائمين 10 موسميين بداية النشاط :جويلية 2008 المشاركة في برنامج سيربالاك سيربالاك : 1 لسنة 2008 1509 طن سيربالاك 2 لسنة 2009 2500 طن

التكنولوجيا و التقنيات المستعملة تقنية الجو المراقب أجهزة الضخ الرقمية مراقبة رقمية جد متطورة تقنية المراقبة و التحكم عن بعد KVA مولد كهربائي بقوة 700 الغرض من استعمال هته التقنية هو تحديث القطاع في الجزائر ومواكبة الدول السباقة في هذا المجال ٳذ يعد هذا المخزن من بين المخازن القليلة المزودة بمثل هته التقنيات في الجزائر.

عملية التنظيف و التطهير يقوم التقنيون بعملية تطهير و تعقيم غرف التبريد بعد كل تخزين و ذلك للحفاظ على السلع المخزنة و اجتناب انتشار الأمراض البكتيرية.
