1. MBAF’S Jack Brister Named Top 100 U.S. Wealth Advisor
MIAMI/NEW YORK – April 9, 2013 –For the thirdtime in four years, Jack Brister, TEP and principal
in the Tax and Accounting Department of MBAF,has been selected as one of the top 100 U.S.
wealth advisors by the British publication Citywealth Magazine. The list, in its seventh year, is
compiled from nominations within the private wealth management sector and client-based
recommendations.
Brister is one of eight U.S. accountants acknowledged by the publication. He joins Miguel Farra,
principal-in-charge of the Tax and Accounting Department of MBAF on the list.

Brister is a member of key professional organizations including the Society of Trust and Estate
Practitioners New York branch as Treasurer and on the Technical Comments Committee.
Additionally, he serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Foreign Trust
