Should you pursue Twitter as a means of social media networking
Twitter is a great device when you’re posting frequently. Generally, FB posts should be limited to 3-4 a week. Tweets can happen as often as you like, b/c they operate differently. Twitter feed. People may miss your post. Tweets are maximum of 140 characters including spaces – best if tweets are 120 or less so people can add to them when retweeting.

How to grow – start following other Tweeters that are relevant or you find interesting
Blue Whale – Bronx Zoo snake – people will find you if you’re witty and creative. Find and follow organizations / people you want in your network. Theaters, Casting people, agents, producers… (Jordan Roth, etc.)
You’re an actor – unless all you do are voiceovers, you’re in a visual medium which is getting more and more visual every day. (Hello – opera singers are now required to act and look good….) But – which to choose?
YouTube is BETTER for researching music, performances, dance routines – whatever you need –even better than iTunes
People in the ‘know’ prefer Vimeo – as one blogger wrote

Helps you created an iphone app.
Tags are used so that others can easily find your posts. All the above mentioned offer customized URLs. They’re easier to remember. Include photo and/or logo on all sites. Use THE SAME image – easier to brand (and yes, you ARE a brand) and remember Social media is about interacting, engaging and having a conversation
