Use an avatar included with Edmodo for your profile picture or
use one that you have appropriate legal permission to use (i.e.
in the public domain).
Use appropriate grammar instead of texting language.
Use posts to discuss school-related content and/or school
business only.
Use a respectful tone when posting. All school rules and
consequences related to harassment apply.
Limit sarcasm to avoid misinterpretations.
Keep all personal information off of Edmodo. This includes
telephone numbers, addresses, emails, etc.
Post photos or videos showing yourself or classmates only with
permission

Folders.
Select Student Training, then the Student Training
folder.

• Copy/paste the Google Docs link to your OneNote Policies
and Procedures section.
• Download/save the pdf version as well.

Create your group’s magazine cover.
Upload the final product to your Library/Backpack.
Turn in your Magazine assignment attaching the file
from your Library.
Tell students to use Mozilla Firefox. Make sure students go to the district domain.
Username format cannot be changed. If a student already has an account, but DID NOT register the correct Username, he/she should create a new account. If a student already has an account with the correct username, but cannot log in, ???- Next slide will assist users already logged in with correct Username.
- After reviewing CoC, click the group’s Manage link (at right). Click the Contributors link (at right) and then choose Yes, to set all group members as contributors. Students will now be able to complete the next activity.
