Most importantly, the focus of blended e-learning is not the technologies, but the way the technologies are integrated - blended - into an effectively designed learner-focused experience.\n
TESSA\n\nBlended e-learning can range from informal to formalised learning, and across the range of the sectors including early years, school, tertiary and workplace learning. Regardless of contexts, the key characteristics or dimensions of blended e-learning can be defined as offering ubiquitous learning opportunities for increased agency and connected interaction:\n● across different spaces, from physical to virtual;\n● with and across time constraints, from synchronous, real-time to asynchronous, time-lagged learning;\n● across a rich range of media, from rich multi-media to text-only modes;\n
