Multi-billion Dollar, Multi-channel Retailer Achieves 14x Return on Recommendations
After years of outsourcing its online operations to a third-party, this retailer
decided to take its operations in-house. As part of the site re-launch, the company
sought a best-of-breed vendor to generate automated personalized product
recommendations.
