3. Our Citizenship Is In Heaven

Have you heard & learned the gospel (John

If yes to all, Acts 2:47 Jesus added you to His

4. King Jesus Says:
• Be subject to the higher powers (Govt.)

• Rulers not to be a terror to the good but to
the evil people (so be good). Rom. 13:3-5
• Pay the Authorities the Things Due to Them:
– Taxes Luke 20:25; Romans 13:6-7
– Fear (power from God to punish evil)
– Honor 1 Peter 2:17

5. In God’s Kingdom…
• We have a King – Jesus/God 1 Cor.
15:24,27-28
• We have a Home – Heaven 2 Cor. 5:1-2
• We have brethren – God’s people Heb.
2:11-13
• We have a job, reign with Christ, we are kings
and priests to God today. Rev. 1:6; 5:10
• We have a never ending story there. Rev.

6. Is Jesus Your President?
• Do you love Him with your all? Mt. 22:37-38
• Prove it! John 14:15
• If you don’t obey Him, you don’t really love
Him and you’ll never have eternal salvation
