5. 2.- OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT PHASE ONE a.- FEASIBILITY STUDIES: To examine the roads leading to our various training grounds b.- EXAMINATION OF VEHICLE TYPES: To determine which type of vehicles can best be used on these roads c.- COST ANALYSIS: To build a financial budget to cover the cost of the program d.- FUNDING STRATEGY: To build a Fundraising Strategy to get the required resources for the acquisition of these 4WD vehicles

17. 9.- SUSTAINABILITY Four wheel drive vehicles are meant to move around bad roads where ordinary vehicles have difficulties to pass through. Theses vehicles will be used only to take the athletes out for official matters especially when the roads are not favourable. There shall be a fund allocated for the maintenance of these vehicles.
