Chug M.I.A. went on an adventure to China to study pandas, but was kidnapped by bad guys and taken to their hideout. He later escaped and made his way back home, but the bad guys followed him and captured him and some stuffed animals. They waited for the bad guys to fall asleep and escaped, then set a trap for the bad guys with tacks by the door. When the bad guys returned, they stepped on the tacks and were captured by the animals. The bad guys were sent to jail and Chug and the animals were finally free.

3. You were probably wondering why we didn’t bring
Chug Maia back to school for three whole weeks.

4. It wasn’t because of the snow day we
had that first Friday.

5. It wasn’t because of the tsunami
warning the next Friday.

6. Nope.

7. It was because that rascal
went on an adventure.

8. Chug Maia
Panda
He went to China to study panda bears.

9. However, while he was standing in a bamboo grove,
he was kidnapped by some bad guys and taken to their hideout!!

10. Chug waited for them to fall asleep and then he escaped!!

11. He quietly snuck away.

12. Once he got away, he hopped on a jet ski and rode it
across the Pacific Ocean back to Neskowin.

13. Then he walked all the way up the big hill to our house.

14. When he knocked
on the door, he
was greeted by his
stuffed animal
friends.
They were very
excited to see
him!!

15. In fact, they were so excited that they decided to
zoom around the living room in a rolling plastic bin!

16. What they didn’t know was that the bad
guys had followed Chug Maia home.

17. And while they weren’t looking, the bad guys snuck up
on the animals and tried to catch them all.

Tinkelman Bunny and
Chestnut Chipmunk.
The rest of the
animals watched
helplessly as their
friends were dragged
away.

19. Oh NO!!

20. Not to worry...

21. Chug and his pals waited for the bad guys to fall asleep and then they
tied them up, escaped again and went home.

22. They knew those bad guys would do anything to get their
hands on our pal Chug, so the animals decided to set a
trap for them before they came back.

23. They put a bunch if tacks on the floor in front of the door.

24. They made a First Aid sign and hid behind it.

25. Then they waited for those bad guys to return.

26. Then they waited for those bad guys to return.
And when they did...
And when they did...

27. They stepped on
the tacks!

28. They lifted the sign!

29. And those
bad guys got a
big surprise!!

30. They fell back onto the rope and the animals pulled it tight.

31. And now those bad guys are in jail!

32. And Chug Maia is free!

33. Hooray!!
