 Sarla Performance Fibers Limited is a 100% EOU engaged in:
 manufacturing and export of polyester
 nylon textured,
 twisted and dyed yarns,
 covered yarns,
 high tenacity yarns
 sewing thread.
 Head office - Mumbai, India
 Manufacturing facilities -160 km outside Mumbai (Silvassa and
Vapi)

9. EXPANSION PLANS
 Sarla fibres is planning for forward integration into knitting and thread
manufacturing.
 Expansion & Modernization of Dye House in Vapi.
After full implementation, SPFL’s dyeing capacity will increase by 50%.
 SPFL has expanded its activities overseas and has established a dye
house in Turkey which began operations in Oct-2010.
 SPFL's management has decided to diversify its activities in wind
power as a part of its social responsibility and environment
consciousness
