No passado dia 6 de Outubro, o grupo foi ao Centro Comercial do Jumbo para realizar o trabalho de Área Projecto de observação das relações das pessoas. Para tal, fomos com pouca diferença de tempo ao centro comercial e observámos factos diferentes, que iremos expor neste PowerPoint
Observação – André		 Na minha ida ao Centro Comercial pude observar que: Primeiro, que o centro comercial está organizado de modo a levar as pessoas a andarem de um lado para o outro, fazendo com que muitas delas andem bastante stressadas; As pessoas tendem a perder pouco tempo nas compras, evitando estar paradas no mesmo sítio;
Observação – André		 Os jovens procuram logo assim que entram a zona de videojogos. Birras por parte dos mais novos para convencerem os pais a lhes comprarem algo;
Observação – André		 Os mais velhos a pedirem ajuda aos funcionários, para lhes facilitar as compras. Certas pessoas a optarem por lerem jornais, revistas e livros no local em vez de os comprarem.
Observação - Inês Na minha observação registei que: Muitos jovens concentravam-se na zona dos jogos, dos dvd’s e dos cd’s de música logo à entrada; A zona das revistas era maioritariamente frequentada por mulheres;
Observação - Inês A zona das loiças e dos acessórios para a casa eram as partes onde menos pessoas estavam; Ao percorrer pelos vários corredores, concluí que a maior parte das pessoas optavam pelos produtos mais baratos, pelas marcas brancas.
Observação - Inês No corredores onde se encontravam os iogurtes, manteigas e refrigerantes, todas as pessoas ficavam com frio; Na zona das frutas, grande parte das pessoas atrapalhavam-se com as máquinas tipo self-service, principalmente as mais velhas; Na zona das frutas, grande parte das pessoas escolhiam as maças, pêras, ananás e bananas.
Conclusão Das nossas observações, podemos concluir que o André reparou essencialmente na distribuição das pessoas no centro comercial, no sentido de onde havia  mais e menos e entender o porquê e algumas reacções dos consumidores, enquanto que a Inês notou mais nos gostos das diversas pessoas e nas preferências destas.
