3. SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 lettuce
- 1 onion
- Olive oil and vinager
- Salt and pepper
- 200 grams of corn

4. SALAD
RECIPE:
- Clean all the vegetables except the corn.
- Cut the vegetables and put them in a bowl.
- Add the lettuce in the bowl.
- And finally add the oil, vinager, salt and
pepper to taste.

5. CHICKEN CURRY WITH RICE
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken breasts
- 12 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 small onion
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 liters of warm milk
- 4 tablespoon of curry
- 400 grams of rice
- Salt and pepper

6. CHICKEN CURRY WITH RICE
RECIPE:
- Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes.
- Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste.
- Cut onions in small pieces
- Place the oil in a skillet and brown the chicken breast cubes.
- When the chicken breasts are ready, remove them from the pan and reserve.
- Put a little of oil in the pan and add the onions.
- When the onions are transparent, add the flour and mix.
- Add milk by little.
- Add the curry and mix.
- Add the cubes of chicken breasts to skillet.
- Mix and leave on the heat until the sauce thickens.
- Boil the white rice.- Finally, put the chicken curry and the rice together.

7. FRUIT SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 apples
- 3 pears
- ½ pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 4 oranges (for juice)
RECIPE:
1.Cut the fruit into small pieces
2.Add the orange juice in a bowl and add the fruit.
