I have been working in the catering industry since I graduated from

2. High School (age 16). I understand that because of my young age,
some employers may consider me as lack of work experience.
However, I have worked in Shen Zhen Jiang Hua Restaurant, which is
located within the Shenzhen, Lou Hu Business Centre for 3 years,
when I was employed there, I have started by looking after the
steaming section, and then was promoted to be a chef. I come from
a chef background, as my father, brother and cousins are all working
as chefs. They are currently employed by employers based in near
London areas and in Yorkshire, and their work competencies have
been vastly complimented by their employers. I therefore would like
to follow my families footsteps, and find employment in the UK.
