As a consultant, author, and speaker, Dr. Mott has assisted hundreds of organizations; these include many independent schools, colleges, museums, libraries, churches, and non-profits with governance, fundraising, marketing, and management. Dr. Mott is an expert in all aspects of board governance issues and challenges.
Dr. Mott has conducted numerous capital campaigns, successfully enhancing many annual fund and membership programs. Even during an economic downturn, organizations have turned to Dr. Mott to achieve double-digit increases in annual giving.
Dr. Mott’s focus is on governance issues, specifically the connection between non-profit boards and their organizations’ senior leadership.
