1. Ultimate Life’s Mission
Introduction:
Do you ever wonder why you are here for? Are you just merely existing or living for a purpose? Most
of us are clueless about who we are and where we are going. If you are not clear about yourself and
your life purpose, you are either paralyzed or busy running around in circles. But each of us is
different and unique. We have our natural talents and gifts. To be truly happy, you need know your
strengths and how to use them to add value to the lives of others. To be truly happy, you need to
know your north-star and actively moving toward that.
Objectives:
By the end of this workshop, you would be empowered to:
1: Discover “Who am I?” as created by The Supreme Being.
(You will discover more about yourself using TEASA analysis—charting and making
sense of your Training, Experiences, Achievement, Significant events & Assessment
tool on your personality)
2: Dive deeper into your unique self
(You will dive a little deeper into your personality using Birkman profiling. It will help
to identify activities that energize or drain you; your productive and stress
behaviours as well as your greatest contribution to a team)
3: Dream “Where am I going?”
(You will dream of your life-purpose, mission & vision statement as ordained by The
Supreme Being and be given an opportunity to know your destiny)
4: Design “How do I get there?”
(You will design an action plan that includes the exposure, equipping, experience
and evaluation so that you make progress toward your life mission)
Target audience: Anyone who desires to know more about himself, his life purpose and wants
to take active steps toward fulfilling that calling. It is especially useful for any
fresh graduate who is a first-time job-seeker or middle-aged adult who is
thinking of mid-career shift.
Method: Facilitation with group discussion
Duration: One full day

Trainer’s Profile:
Moses has 15 years of experience and specialises in training and people development. Over the
years, he has worked with hundreds of leaders from institutions. He has a Masters of Arts and was
awarded with The Academic Excellence Award in his cohort. He also has a graduate diploma in HR
(Training & Development) with Singapore Human Resource Institute and was awarded The Silver
Medal for his program. In addition, he is also a certified Solution-Focused Coach with Canadian
Council of Professional Certification.
As a certified Birkman and EQ-i behavioural consultant, he has been instrumental in empowering
individuals to maximize their contributions to their organizations. He is gifted with coaching team
leaders to come up with team development guides that help the teams to achieve higher
performance and greater results. He has a unique and warmth personality that stimulates others to
participate enthusiastically in team discussion and hence a more aligned vision in achieving the
team’s missions and desired outcomes.
Throughout his career, he has conducted training in many countries including Sarawak, Philippines,
Macau, China and Sri Lanka. His special passion is empowering individuals to discover their lives’
dreams and destinies that include their family lives as well. Many couples have also benefitted from
his in-depth and practical tips in their marriage preparation program.
His previous career spans in overseeing staff development. The highlight of his job is coaching staff
in coming out with a personal development guide. As the result, the staff is empowered to serve in
the organization with a sense of purpose and significance. He was also interviewed by Eugene Loh of

Currently, he is the Master Trainer/Coach with Paraklesis Training And Coaching, providing training
