Non-Verbal (non word)
communication means all
communication without words.
Nonverbal communication (NVC)
is usually understood as the
process of communication through
sending and receiving wordless
messages.

COMMUNICATION
7% of the message is verbally communicated while
93% of the message is non-verbally transmitted.
Of the 93% non verbal communication,
38% is through vocal tones,
55% is through facial expressions and non-verbal acts.

Audio (Sound) Signal
Drum beating was used to make important
announcement and to inform people to assemble at
specified place. Several types of alarms signals are used
to caution people. Like, Fire alarms, accident alarm,
machine breakdown alarm, Buzzers, Push button bells,
electronic bell and other sound signalizing system are
used in the offices.
Visual Signals
Visual signal are used to convey messages for general
information and education such as Posters, Drawing,
Cartoon, Photographs, Books contains maps and
Diagrams. Hotels, tour and travels agencies, motor
companies etc use color Photographs.
