7
“We are born to win”
The motto of B 2 win reflects their inner
strength and objectives that they are not
born to loose. Their purpose of conducting
the business is to gain their goals at any
cost following honest business strategy
8
 Being one of the leading clothing brands in
local market of BD and to go on the export
process within 2020.
9
 First they covered the area on the postal code
1000-1205, 1216
 Then they went for the whole Dhaka city
 Then they chose Business capital Chittagong
for their next destination.
 After covering those big cities they will go for
rest of the countries.
10
11
History of
pathway to
success
Sumon Saha,a mechanical enginneer of BUET, is the
elder son of his family. He has 3 younger brothers and
2 younger sisters and all of them are students. As his
father was died, all the responsibilities go to him
regarding his family. So he made a plan to go in a
business for the survival and maintenance of his
family. From this need he developed a business plan.
12
He decided to involve his two friends
Razib hossain (Leather engineer) and Rounok
Hassan (student of Math in JnU) as
partners.They welcomed his proposal and
joined him.
But they could not find a way to finance this
business. Sumon Saha was a private tutor. He
had some savings and with all his savings he
decided to take a risk. Razib and Rounok did
the same.Besides they get aid from their
family property
13
As Rounok was a leather engineer
he proposed to add the leather
products along with clothins. He
assured that he will assist in this
area with his engineering
knowledge. With the spirits of
“changing their condition and
supporting their family” keeping
in mind they started the business
with a branch in Aziz Super
market in 2009
14
While they entered the market they
realized that little sell provides a little
profit. If they wanted to increase
profit they must have to increase the
sell. With this view they tried a lot
and finally opened 2 more branches
by taking CC loan from Brack Bank at
12 % interest.
15
16
Type of Business
“B 2 Win” is a business of
partnership form which is
registered under the
partnership act 1932.

Present capital: 44 lack (approximately)
18

a.Suman Shaha 10lack (50%)
b.Rajib Hossain 6lac (30%)
c. Rounok Hassan 4lac (20%)
Profit/loss Disbursement:
According to the invested capital
Withdrawal:
If any partner want to withdraw cash , he must
get the permission from other two partners
before withdrawal
Products:
 T-shirt,
 Polo shirt ,
 panjabi,
 Leather products
19
20
21
Panjabi:This product gets priority when its
Eid or Pohela Boishak
22
Panjabi: main designs are formulated by
designers, according to that some village
women supply those ready products, for that
they got 150 to 300 tk for each Panjabi
which may vary with the pattern of
design. The raws such as cloth , yarn ,buttons
are supplied by the owner. In fact, it is a great
source of rural employment
23
 Formal wears : The formal wears are
produced by local tailors of Dhaka, here the
designs are formulated by the entity’s
designers
 Leather products: They purchase processed
leather from the Savar tennaries. Then they
give contract to leather handicraft
producers to make money bags, key rings,
Belts for them.
24
 T-shirts: B2win don’t have personal garments
factory. First they formulate a T-shirt design.
Then they give contract to the local garments
factories for supplying their desired product.
Some times they go to the suppliers’
garments factory for inspecting the quality.
25
26
 As it is a partnership business it is directed
by the owners
 The 3 branches have separate managers
and separate sales-man
 The branch managers are directed by the
owners and the managers direct the sales
man
 There is a very good co-ordination between
the branches. If a branch faces lack of
product that have demand in that branch
, they can get the lacked product from other
branches if available.`
27
28
 There are 3 branches managers for 3 branchess
and 6 sales man (2 sales-man for each branch)
 A branch manager get monthly 9 thousand tk as
salary and for sales man the amount is
5thousand tk each
 Besides employees get Eid-bonus.
 The payment of labor/workers is based on the
product that they produce
29
 Product: T-shirt, Polo shirt , Formal wears
, panjabi
 Pricing: B 2 WIN believes in ’supply quality
product at reasonable price , thus grabs the
market ’. Price of the product is fixed. They
impose 30% profit on total cost of a product
occasionally. The percentage may vary
sometime , in fact , it’s not constant for all
product.
30
 Target market:
A)Place: B 2 WIN produces product only for
serving local market not international market
B)Customers: The targeted customers are
young generations(just male) mostly between
age of 15 to 30 years.
 Promotion: They promotes their product
through product decoration and discounts.
The discounts may be such a type: upto 50%
off for old product or Eid-discount
 As the products of B2win were
newly launched in the market, the rate of
sales was in low growth. In order to achieve
the market, extra information about the
product was transferred to consumers
through various media such as lift
lets, banners, local dish channels. This stage
in B2win lasted from January to July of 2009.
(until the Eid-Ul-Fitr).
 They started to earn a huge profit
from the Eid-Ul-Fitr. They introduced some
new effective products ( money
bag, belts, woman bags)in the market and
also opened new branches at end of 2009.
 The growth rate and sales of
B2win began to slowdown and
immediately they started to actualize a
plan to control the slowdown. Here
they use the strategies; product
differentiation, new products,
discount policy etc.
 When B2win observes that a product
is going to out of fashion they hurriedly
switch to another fashion wear keeping pace
with new fashion trends. For example : in
2010 it seemed that round color T-shirt was
becoming out of fashion, so they started to
sell High color T-shirt instead of that. Thus
they could handled this declining stage.
36
Strength:
Highly motivated owner
Mindblowing designing
Branches in 3 demandful places
Skilled product supplying workers
Tendency to attack the young generations
attraction
Providing high quality product at
comparatively cheap rate
37
 Very decent and modest attitude to
customers
 Taking return the defected product
Weakness
 Lack of capital
 Don’t have manufacturing factory
38
• Lack of advertisement
• Don’t produce clothing for all ages
people
• Inefficiency in accounting system
Opportunities
• Growing demand of fashion wear
• It can search up for more cheap labor available in
villages
• Government positive view to this sector
39
• Can try to explore international market
• Credit initiatives
• Chance to flourish business under SME
strategies
Threat
• Rapid growing fashion houses
• Political unrest
• Fast changes in customers choices and fashion
traits
 At the time of poor economic condition (while
purchasing power of people decreases due to
economic catastrophe) B2WIN handles this
situation carefully by several plans. It reduces
products price,advertising cost,lay off some
extra employees.
40
 Interpersonal skill
 Technical skill
 Communication skill
