Stakeholders are people or organizations that are affected by or can influence a system or project. There are two types of stakeholders - primary stakeholders who are vital to the project's success, and secondary stakeholders who are less directly involved but still have interest. It is important to analyze stakeholders to understand their needs, identify risks and opportunities, and plan their involvement to ensure projects meet expectations. Considering stakeholders helps businesses think more broadly about their public image and the impacts of their activities.
