Liaison Program & Instruction

Research Help (Reference)
• reference desks are in all three Azusa libraries
• appointments are available with librarians
Course Reserves
• reserves items must be submitted to the appropriate library
• online form for reserves is available on the library website
• forms must be turned in at least 1 week before each term

Interlibrary Loan
• $2 processing fee – may be able to charge to department
• pick up all ILL items at Marshburn Library
• request items via the online form on the library website
• expect items in 7-10 business days
Document Delivery
• any item that we own will be sent to our students/faculty at
the regional centers
• no fee – pre-paid postage envelope
• request items via the online form on the library website

Borrowing From Local Institutions
• IEALC – apply for a card via the library website
• SCELC – only for faculty
• LINK+ – participating institutions only
• SCATLA – mainly for grad theology students
Faculty Privileges
• circulating books – 90 days
• media items – 14 days
• maximum of 500 items checked out at one time
• renew via library catalog or in person
