• 1. Visits all the clubs in his / her jurisdiction
once during his / her tenure.
• a. Governor before the Annual District
Conference.
• b. Deputy Governor before end of March.
• c. Zone Chairperson in the months of
January / February

• 2. Address the Board Meetings of the club.
• 3. Inspect the records of the club at the above
meeting – Minutes books, cash book, ledger,
debit vouchers, receipt books, bank records,
roaster, files, earlier awards, photo album, scrap
book.
• 4. Advise the club leaders to undertake various
service projects and fellowship programmes

• 5. Do not invite any higher official or outside Chief
Guest during the official visit.
• 6. Motivate club leaders on Calender of Events,
Contest rules & International promotional schemes.
• 7. Send formats duly completed and signed within a
week’s time to higher ups.

• 4. Insist on the club to organise a full day / half
day programme

fill CMR properly;Maintenance of minutes,
accounts.. guiding; motivate leaders to attend
zone meet; registering more members at
conferences; explain the imporatance of VALT /
OBTS.
