3. Management Tweets :
• Suven Life Sciences Mgt guideline: Company will be unable to sustain margins over 40 percent margins going ahead. The margins are likely to
be regularly around 20 percent. The company is open to partnering with any company in order to raise capital. Unfortunately, globally the risk
averseness is there. Everybody is looking for an additional investment from outside to do the proof of concept in patients. So, company need to
necessarily go there because molecules look very robust. company is going ahead on own but company is always looking for partners .
• Bharat Forge Mgt Guideline : Bharat Forge expects the fourth quarter to be better than its stellar third quarter. Mgt says exports are expected
to be flat to slightly positive compared to this quarter, and domestic market too should be slightly better.
• Lupin Mgt Guideline : Lupin said the company’s revenue growth came from both domestic as well as the overseas market, but primarily US led
the growth. Its active pharmaceutical ingredients, or API business, which is about 10 percent of the company, grew by 24-25 percent . Company is
getting into better, more complex products in markets like the US and those are obviously bringing in the revenues
• Prestige Mgt Guideline : company will exceed its presales guidance. Company has already done sales to the extent of Rs 1,200 crore plus and
now it is just a question of production and these numbers getting recognised because company need to touch the trigger of 30 percent to
recognise these numbers. During the year, company has made Rs 3,700 crore and guidance was Rs 4,300 crore . On his outlook for the company's
business, Prestige Estates Projects, says there is no slowdown in the Bangalore market and aims to concentrate on the phase 2 and 3 of its
Lakeside Habitat project newt quarter.
• Talwalkars Mgt guideline : Company expects its margins to rise consistently due to higher value added services . It managed to clock samestore-sales growth of 7-8 percent as opposed to the usual trend of 3-4 percent. Having added 14 new gyms on a year-to-date basis, the company
is looking to add 25-30 new gyms in FY14, maintaining guidance.
• Jubilant Foodworks Mgt Guideline : Company said there is no doubt of sluggishness in consumer trends and consumers seem to be
consuming at a lesser frequency than before. This slackness is likely to continue for next two-three quaters and is of the view that margins could
remain under pressure . Although the economic enviornment is challenging, Mgt is bullish on the long-term India growth story and so their longtem investment plans remain intact . Mgt is also hopeful of SSS growth reaching double-digits going forward. Same-store-sales (SSS) growth saw a
contraction of 2.6 percent as against 6.6 percent growth in previous quarter and 16.1 percent in a year ago period on account of tepid economic
environment and consumers' constrained discretionary budgets. The company inaugurated 47 new Domino’s Pizza restaurants during the quarter.
• Punjab National Bank Mgt Guideline : Bank proposes to catch up with the industry credit growth of about 14% or 15% by March 2014. Bank
expects the slippages to be normal going forward. Bank also does not have any significant pipeline for restructuring of advances. Bank has not
made an significant sales of bad loans to Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) during last four years, infact during FY2013 and FY2014 so far
there is not a single sale of asset. Bank had reduced the NIM guidance to 3.25% from 3.5% earlier, while it has continued to hold on to this
guideline. As per the bank, there is pressure on margins and may have to sacrifice NIM to a maximum of 25 basis points. Government has also
assured of providing additional capital of 10% of retail lending, which bank expects to end at Rs 3000 crore. So, bank look forward to receive
additional capital of Rs 300 crore in FY2014. Bank proposes to maintain CASA ratio at about 40%.
• NALCO Mgt Guideline : The company expects Aluminium metal sales to remain at same level in Q4FY'14 as in Q3FY'13 but expects
improvement in Alumina sales in Q4FY'14 over Q3FY'13. The company expects Alumina production of around 2 million tonne in FY'14 . The
company expects its operating costs to remain at similar level in Q4FY'14 as in Q3FY'14 mainly due to usage of linkage coal only. The company
shall not use imported coal or auction coal. The same policy would continue in FY'15 unless there is some major concern from coal supply. The
company feels coal is always is concern. The company expects inputs prices to remain benign in Q4FY'14 particularly caustic soda prices and
calcined petroleum coke. However uncertainty on coal price outlook continues. The company expects coal supplies to be normal in Q4FY'14 .
Power generation will remain confined to requirement of smelter production only. Aluminium physical premiums have gone up significantly in
January-February of 2014. This could help the company in Q4FY'14.
Tech Mahindra Mgt Guideline : Company Signed large deal in Australia in BFSI segment this quarter -Will continue to grow through acquisitions Ending Q3 on a fairly optimistic note -Seeing greenshots in global economy -Volume growth of 3.4 percent -Pricing stable for quarter -Net

steady growth -Making considerable headway in Middle East -Endeavoring to grow in Africa, believe it has significant opportunity -Getting ready
