STRUCTURE OF THE GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT
Traditional Guidance Department
• Six counselors each with a caseload of students in grades 9-
12, divided alphabetically
CORE Team Model developed in 2009
• Introduction of a seventh counselor (C.O.R. Counselor)
• In 2012, the department was reduced 6.5 counselors
