2. THE SCHOOL WITH THE HISTORY OF 150 YEARS
In 1861 The Charity society “Saint Nina” first
started its activity in Baku and at the same time
multinational girls’ school was founded.
In 1863 the construction of the two- storeyed
building of girls’ lyceum by Saint Nina was
started.
In the period of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic
during the years 1918-1920 the Military Academy
was functioning in this building.
In the years 1930-1937 two schools were
founded on the basis of the former multinational
girls’ lyceum – school 132 (education provided in
Azerbaijani) and school 134 (education provided
in Russian)
On 22.09.2010 the two schools were united into
Education Complex 132-134,with consists of the
“Maternal school” and the lyceum.
