is one who tries to keep the
group moving toward its
goals.

sidetracked, reminding them
of what they are trying to
accomplish.

Leader (or socio-
emotional leader)
-is an individual who increases
harmony and minimizes
conflict in a group.
-This leader is likely to crack
jokes, to offer sympathy, or to
do other things that help the
group’s morale.
