cannot conceive naturally even after attempting intercourse (unprotected) for a year or six months
depending on age, is said to be infertile. One of the main symptoms of infertility is not getting
pregnant.
The other symptoms of infertility can majorly depend on its cause. However sometimes there is no
cause found for infertility and that is known as unexplained infertility. Probably 25% of couples are
getting pregnant easily who are having unprotected intercourse. This show on an average, every
fertile couple will get pregnant after 4 months. But this doesn’t mean, woman with no infertility
issue will surely conceive. The process of conception is completely natural because some women
can easily conceive in just first attempt when they intercourse and some are attempting again and
again to get pregnant, but there is no positive result for them.
The best thing is that the sooner you seek help, the sooner you have your goals. Remember with
the growing age of females, their chances of conception reduces and same as for males, but their
fertility does not decrease sharply as females. Doctors normally suggests to wait for a year and
trying to conceive before taking any fertility testing, but if you have other infertility symptoms or
are older than 30 years, you don’t intend to wait that long.

he is infertile or not, semen analysis is required. For males,
ejaculation and impotence complications can make it
challenging to make his female partner pregnant, but it not
always related to infertility.
