- Site mailboxes:A new Exchange and Exchange Onlinecapability is site mailboxes. A site mailbox is an mailbox that is shared with and can only be accessed by team members. The site mailbox can contain emails and documents. The emails are stored in Exchange, the documents are stored in SharePoint.
