This document outlines a weekly training plan that includes:
- Daily training sessions focused on different physical dimensions like tension, duration, and speed.
- Training exercises organized from main principles to sub-principles.
- Sessions of varying length, from 60-90 minutes, with more fragmented sessions and breaks later in the week.
- A mix of training focused on technical, tactical, physical and psychological development.
- Two games scheduled during the week and periods of passive recovery including visits to Barton Springs and the pool.
