This document proposes a new tool called AVRCreation that uses virtual reality and neuroimaging to enhance human creativity and generate ideas on demand. It aims to utilize EEG, fMRI, and ECG to develop immersive virtual environments that stimulate the brain's cognitive functions related to insight and creativity. The tool would allow identification, facilitation, and evaluation of ideas depending on individual brain activity. It works by capturing brain activity through sensors to visualize patterns and project optimized VR environments tailored to each user's brain state, stimulating their ability to generate and assess ideas. The researchers believe this adaptive virtual reality system could help unlock an individual's full creative potential.

With Virtual Reality and increasing demand for new ideas,
any device that can enhance Human Creativity would
create sustainable impact. Cognitive enhancement is now
feasible with Pervasive Neurotechnology patents which
are now inexpensive, digital and scalable such as
neurosensor-based vehicle operator systems, real-time
neuromonitoring, cognitive training videogames, mindful
wearables, Virtual Reality in conjunction with EEG
(Electroencephalogram) and/or tDCS (transcranial direct
current stimulation).
• We propose the tool AVRCreation for idea generation
and evaluation on demand.

AdaptiveVR (AVR) Research for creative AVR
environments and 3D printed headset contribute to
research & society:
1. Utilising EEG (Electroencephalography), fMRI
(functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and ECG
(electrocardiography) on brain circuit level
2. Developing insight on demand based on multi-scale
model including insight creativity techniques
3. Creating an AVR break-through prototype headset and
environment.
AVRCreate as a proposition is the first tool for general use
as the underlying cognitive mapping can aid creative
activity. As insight has been related to mood, attention,
cognitive control and other emotion-related attributes,
emotionally and cognitively immersive users’ experience
in virtual and augmented realities can reinforce, intensify,
reproduce and simulate these attributes and thus, insight
for:
1. Enhanced real or mixed reality environments with
senses engagement
2. Change perception mechanisms and the different ways
information is experienced
3. Integrating diverse technologies for new tools to
stimulate targeting cognitive functionalities including
insight
Other design implications are embodied in cognition and
EMO, NAO robots and robotics generally.
CONCLUSIONS
AVRCreate device can trace brain activity on a synaptic
level by real-time multimodal neuroimaging with
immediate and automatic patterns interpretation. In our
poster we present preliminary results from initial studies
based upon the differences between the brain hemispheres
and the related creativity and learning techniques. In these
studies we target honing new ideas to sense the presence
of a subthreshold between functioning and non-
functioning solutions and the ways the brain learns to
identify and transfer such differences. Then, we transfer
such human ability in identifying solutions and learning
new tasks for educational purposes.

possible environment for the user to take advantage for

EEG gamma-band shows activity over the RH temporal lobe;
fMRI shows a corresponding change in blood flow in the medial
aspect of the RH anterior superior temporal gyrus. Results
illustrate that insight-related gamma-band activity is
immediately preceded by a burst of alpha-band activity (10 Hz)
measured over RH occipital cortex Alpha-band oscillations
reflecting neural inhibition; occipital alpha reflects inhibition of
visual inputs, that is, sensory gating. Pre-insight alpha burst
reflects transient sensory gating that reduces noise from
distracting inputs to facilitate retrieval of unconsciously
activated solutions in the R temporal lobe. Insight is
unconsciously activated by mood, attention, cognitive control,
with trans-cranial direct stimulation (tDCS) with diverse
implications (Koroli Et al., 2015; Kounios & Beeman, 2014; Dietrich & Kanso, 2010).
